Margaret Mustalish, respondent,

v David Mustalish, appellant.

(Index No. 55344/18)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of so much of three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 4, 2018, January 24, 2019, and March 13, 2019, respectively, as directed him to pay a certain amount of money to the respondent, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the three orders.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals from the orders dated January 24, 2019, and March 13, 2019, are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from orders that are not the result of a motion made on notice (see CPLR 5701), and leave to appeal has not been granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.

DILLON, J.P., CHAMBERS, DUFFY and BARROS, JJ., concur.
