Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated April 5, 2019, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the same court entered December 14, 2018, pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order, for an expedited briefing schedule, and for a preference in the calendaring of the appeal from the order.
