| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated December 12, 2017, and a judgment of the same court entered December 26, 2018, to direct the appellant Kimberly Heller and her insurers to post an undertaking for payment of the judgment with interest in the event that the verdict is reversed as to the appellant Donna Kasello, and Kimberly Heller is liable to pay the full judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied without prejudice to seeking relief in the Supreme Court, Dutchess County.
