An appeal having been taken to this Court from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, rendered on or about

April 20, 2018, And an order of a Justice of this Court having been entered on April 20, 2018 (M-2066), inter alia, granting a stay of execution of sentence and setting bail at $50,000 bond or $15,000 cash, pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, and said stay of execution and sentence and bail having been extended by order of this Court entered on January 29, 2019

(M-6745), And defendant-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, and for an order continuing the stay of execution of sentence and bail, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the stipulation of the parties, dated March 5, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the stay of execution of sentence and bail previously granted by an order of a Justice, of this Court entered April 20, 2018 (M-2066), and extended by order of this Court entered January 20, 2019 (M-6745), upon the original terms and conditions, and upon the further condition that the appeal is perfected for the October 2019 Term of this Court.ENTERED: May 9, 2019
