DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 27, 2019, and to stay enforcement of the order, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matters, and to direct that the parenting schedule between the respondent and the subject children at Kids in Common, Inc., be continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that enforcement of the order dated March 27, 2019, and all proceedings in the above-entitled matters are stayed and the parenting schedule between the respondent and the subject children at Kids in Common, Inc., shall be continued, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
