| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated October 30, 2017, to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 19, 2018, which directed that it serve and file a supplemental record containing certain material by a date certain, and for leave to correct page citations in its brief to conform to the pagination of the supplemental record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent shall serve and file the supplemental record and correct the page citations in the copies of its brief filed with the Clerk of the Court to conform to the pagination of the supplemental record on or before June 10, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 19, 2018, or to correct page citations shall be granted.
