| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay the respondent, or anyone acting on its behalf, from selling, transferring or encumbering the subject premises, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated August 4, 2016, and a judgment of the same court dated January 9, 2018. Separate motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeals from the orders with the appeal from the judgment.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion for a stay and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion for consolidation and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay the respondent, or anyone acting on its behalf, from selling, transferring or encumbering the subject premises is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion for consolidation is granted and the appeals from the orders are consolidated with the appeal from the judgment and on or before May 31, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment and the notice of appeal from the judgment.
