Motion by the appellants pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 13, 2018, to waive certification of the record or the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as academic as the appeal was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), and the branch of the appellants' prior motion which was pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of the appeal was denied by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 18, 2019.
