DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants, in effect, to stay enforcement of a certain resolution of the Board of Health of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene and to enjoin the respondents, or anyone acting on their behalf, from enforcing the resolution, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 18, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
