Motion by the appellant to stay the transfer of title to the subject premises, to set aside the sale of the subject premises, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action, to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 28, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal from the order, and to enlarge the record to include certain material.
