Appeals by Jaymian G. from two orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 7, 2019, and March 8, 2019, and cross appeal by Ilea Martinez from an order dated March 7, 2019, respectively. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Madelyne Lentine Mostiller, dated May 2, 2019, it is

ORDERED that Michael Gomez is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeals and cross appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeals and cross appeal:

and it is further,

(1) Michael Gomez is interested in responding to the appeals and cross appeal, or

(2) Michael Gomez is not interested in responding to the appeals and cross appeal, or that she has been unable to contact him, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
