Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated November 22, 2016, to include certain letters and, in effect, to waive the motion filing fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, in effect, to waive the motion filing fee is denied as unnecessary (see CPLR 1101[e]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
