DECISION AND ORDER

ON MOTION


By order dated March 7, 2018, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by Keith Schockmel, Esq., on be half of the Rural Law Center. By letter dated March 6, 2019 by Keith Schockmel, Esq., he requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate with counsel. By decision and order dated March 29, 2019, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated April 3, 2019, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by April 29, 2019. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
Garry, P.J., Lynch, Clark and Rumsey, JJ., concur.
