Motion by the respondent to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated July 5, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the time for the respondent to serve and file a brief on the appeal is extended until June 12, 2019, and the respondent's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
