Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2018, which determined his prior motion for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 18, 2014, which was determined by decision and order dated July 19, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed (see CPL 460.20; People v Spence, 82 NY2d 671).
