DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated September 5, 2017, and a judgment of the same court dated June 7, 2018. By order to show cause dated March 5, 2019, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals in the above-entitled action for failure to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 18, 2018. Motion by the appellant to withdraw the appeals.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to withdraw the appeals and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to withdraw the appeals is granted and the appeals are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is denied.
