An order of this Court having been entered on March 27, 2018 (M-518), assigning Jo Ann Douglas, Esq. as counsel for the subject child for purposes of responding to the appeal to taken from an order of the Family Court, New York County, entered on or about January 8, 2018, and the appeal having been perfected, And petitioner-respondent mother having moved (M-1939) for an order vacating the aforementioned order of this Court entered on or about March 27, 2018 (M-518) on the grounds that the appeal will focus solely on jurisdictional issues which do not involve the merits of the order on appeal or the best interests of the child, Now, upon upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of striking the designation of Jo Ann Douglas, Esq., as appellate counsel to respond on the subject child's behalf to the aforesaid appeal.
