Motion by the appellants to extend the time to perfect appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, both entered April 25, 2018, and for an award of an attorney's fee and costs.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is extended until June 13, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
