ORDERED that the order on application of this Court entitled "[i]n the Matter of Applications for Extensions of Time," dated February 21, 2018, concerning an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated August 28, 2017, is amended by deleting from the "Docket No." entry concerning that appeal the Appellate Division Docket No. "2017-12337" and substituting therefor the Appellate Division Docket No. "2017-11515."
