DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (IDV Part), entered March 8, 2018, pending hearing and determination therefrom, to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g), to extend the time to perfect the appeal, and to waive the filing fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to waive certification of the appellant's appendix pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) and to extend the time to perfect the appeal are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until June 14, 2019, and the appellant's appendix and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
