Motion by the respondent-appellant to be awarded certain unsupervised visitation pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 4, 2019, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the order in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
