Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 19, 2019, to be furnished with trial transcripts, to enlarge the record to include certain medical records, and to direct the Justice Presiding in the Supreme Court, Kings County, to furnish certain documents to the clerk of the Supreme Court, Kings County. Cross motion by the nonparty-respondent for an award of costs and an attorney's fee.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the cross motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
