| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Raiquan K. Falls from a judgment of the County Court, Orange County, rendered May 31, 2016. By decision and order of this Court dated September 19, 2018, the matter was remitted to the County Court, Orange County, for further proceedings on the appellant's motion to withdraw his plea of guilty and appointment of new counsel, and thereafter a report to this Court limited to the County Court's findings with respect to the motion and whether the appellant established his entitlement to the withdrawal of his plea, and the appeal was held in abeyance pending receipt of the County Court's report. The County Court, Orange County, filed its report dated March 1, 2019.
Upon the stipulation of the parties dated April 16, 2019, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
