Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a judgment of the City Court of White Plains, Westchester County, entered March 11, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that appellant perfect the appeal on or before August 2, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected on or before August 2, 2019, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or respondent may move to vacate the stay, on three days' notice, and may serve such application in person.
