(1) further enlarging the time in which to perfect a cross appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 27, 2017, (2) vacating the dismissal of her appeal taken from the order of the same court, entered on or about May 25, 2018, and enlarging the time to perfect that appeal; and (3) consolidating the aforementioned appeals with her appeal taken from the amended order of the same court, entered on or about October 31, 2018, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal of plaintiff's cross appeal from the

order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about September 27, 2017, and the dismissal of plaintiff's appeal from the order of the same court, entered on or about May 25, 2018, and deeming those appeals, and plaintiff's appeal from the amended order of the same court, entered on or about October 31, 2018, subsumed in plaintiff's appeal from the judgment of the same court, entered on or about December 31, 2018. The motion is otherwise denied as unnecessary.ENTERED: May 16, 2019
