ORDERED that Emerson W. Mitchell, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Susan B. McNeil, Esq., P.O. Box 294, Brooktondale, NY 14817, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Ct Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as she may direct.
