DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 15, 2018, to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g). Separate motion by the appellant to enlarge the record to include certain material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the record and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to waive certification of the record pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g) is denied with leave to renew, on or before June 10, 2019, upon proper papers and upon a showing of good cause for the waiver of certification, which shall include setting forth an inability to certify by all of the methods set forth in 22 NYCRR 1250.7(g); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to enlarge the record is denied as unnecessary as to the agreement dated July 1, 1994, the appellant's employment record, the portion of the CBA addressing discipline of employees, the record of the appellant's suspension, the January 1, 2018, arbitration decision, and the reply papers dated June 8, 2018, as that material is properly part of the record, and the motion is otherwise denied.
