Petitioner-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County rendered on or about October 15, 2018, which denied and dismissed petitioner's writ of habeas corpus, and to continue the interim relief granted by order of a Justice of this Court on October 30, 2018, extended by order of this Court entered January 24, 2019 (M-5631), which directed petitioner's supervised release with immediate placement at Promesa, pending the hearing and determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the correspondence from the counsel for petitioner-appellant, dated April 9, 2019, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is withdrawn in accordance with the aforementioned correspondence.
