Goldfarb, Professor Julie Goldscheid, Professor Victoria Nourse and Legal Momentum having moved for leave to file a brief, Amicus Curiae, in connection with the aforementioned appeal (M-2149), And defendant-appellant having cross-moved to file a supplemental reply brief (M-2351), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion and cross motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion (M-2149) is granted and the six copies of movant's amicus curiae brief submitted to this Court with the motion papers are deemed filed.
