| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Cassandre H. Pelissier-Donovan, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 21, 2000, under the name Cassandre H. Pelissier, which was subsequently changed to Cassandre H. Pelissier-Donovan, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Cassandre Donovan.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Cassandre H. Pelissier-Donovan to Cassandre Donovan, effective immediately.
