DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Application by Eric Gonzalez, the District Attorney of Kings County, pursuant to Judiciary Law § 509(a), to release contact information, such as addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, names of employers, or any other information helpful for locating the jurors duly empaneled in an action entitled People v Forgetta, which was tried in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Indictment No. 6362/14. Motion by Jason Forgetta for leave to intervene in this matter and, in effect, to be provided with the same material.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the respondent is directed to release to Eric Gonzalez, the District Attorney of Kings County, the addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses for the jurors duly empaneled in the action entitled People v Forgetta, which was tried in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Indictment No. 6362/14, and the application is otherwise denied; Eric Gonzalez is directed to keep the material received from the respondent confidential; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that Jason Forgetta is granted leave to intervene in this matter, and the respondent is directed to release to Paul Skip Laisure, the addresses, telephone numbers, and email addresses for the jurors duly empaneled in the action entitled People v Forgetta, which was tried in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Indictment No. 6362/14, and the motion is otherwise denied; Paul Skip Laisure is directed to keep the material received from the respondent confidential.
