Motion by Maron Vaccarella, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, both dated February 1, 2019, to recuse the judge presiding in the Family Court, to direct the return of the subject child from Peru, or, in the alternative, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled matters, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
