Petitioner-appellant James Pettus, pro se, having moved for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order of this Court, entered on February 19, 2019 (Appeal No. 8427, M-4168), and other relief, And respondents-respondents having submitted an affirmation in opposition to petitioner's motion in which they request that this Court impose sanctions on petitioner and award attorneys' fees to respondents for having to oppose a frivolous motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, and other relief, is denied, andIt is further ordered that the request for sanctions and attorneys' fees is denied.
