Motion by the appellant to deem the notice of appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 19, 2019, to be a notice of appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated February 21, 2019, and to stay enforcement of the order dated February 19, 2019, and the order and judgment dated February 21, 2019, pending hearing and determination of the appeal
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated February 19, 2019, and the order and judgment dated February 21, 2019, is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to deem the notice of appeal from the order dated February 19, 2019, to be a notice of appeal from the order and judgment dated February 21, 2019, is granted (see CPLR 5512[a]).
