ORDERED that Rosemary Sgroi Levy, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Tracey A. Brown, Esq., P.O. Box 375, Delmar, NY 12054, is appointed in her place and stead pursuant to Family Ct Act §1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as she may direct.
