Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion for a reconstruction hearing is denied, without prejudice to renewal supported by appropriate submissions
bearing on the issue of whether defendant acted with reasonable diligence (see People v Parris, 4 NY3d 41 [2004]), and it is further
ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to August 5, 2019.
