On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision, order and certificate of this Court dated February 28, 2018, is amended to reflect that leave to appeal to this Court is granted as to an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered October 24, 2017, as amended March 29, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 14, 2018, is amended to reflect that poor person relief and the assignment of counsel are granted as to the appeal from the order entered October 24, 2017, as amended March 29, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant's assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the Supreme Court, Kings County.
