Motion by the appellant, inter alia, in effect, to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated December 17, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, for poor person relief, and for assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
