DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals by Green Materials of Westchester and James Meaney from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, one entered October 8, 2014, and one dated March 25, 2015. By order to show cause dated April 10, 2019, the parties to the appeals were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appeals have been abandoned. Application by the appellants to withdraw the appeals.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted and the appeals are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is denied.
