DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to extend the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Westchester County, two dated August 30, 2017, and one dated October 6, 2017, and to waive the filing fee.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.5[e][1]) and by serving and filing the appellant's brief on the appeals is extended until July 29, 2019; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
