On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 21, 2019, in the above-entitled appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered November 7, 2016, is amended by deleting from the second paragraph thereof the words "the papers filed in relation thereto" and substituting therefor the words "the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto."
