DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered November 5, 2018. By scheduling order dated March 26, 2019, the time to perfect the appeal was extended until May 1, 2019. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.3[b][2]) and prior order of the Court.
