Motion by Toye Lane pursuant to CPL 460.30 for an extension of time to take an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered October 18, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied as the motion was made more than one year after the expiration of the time to take an appeal (see CPL 460.30[1]).
