November 27, 2018 (M-4843), denying plaintiff-appellant's motion for reconsideration of the order entered on September 13, 2018, and denying a further enlargement of time to perfect the appeal,And plaintiff-appellant having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal, and for a further enlargement of time to perfect same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied in its entirety.
