| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 8, 2018, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom or determination by the Supreme Court, Kings County, of a certain motion, to hold the appeal in abeyance pending determination by the Supreme Court, Kings County, of that certain motion, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is extended until July 1, 2019, and the record or appendix on the appeal and the appellant's brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
