| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from an order of custody of the Family Court, Orange County, dated April 4, 2019, and a decision of the same court also dated April 4, 2019, to stay enforcement of the order of custody, to direct that the subject children remain in New York, and to direct that she have custody of the subject children in the event that the respondent moves outside of New York, pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, to the extent that the notice of appeal indicates that an appeal is taken from the decision, it is deemed to be from an order of dismissal of the Family Court, Orange County, dated April 4, 2019 (see CPLR 5512[a]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
