Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue the appellant's prior motion, inter alia, to reinstate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 19, 2017, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a) and to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 9, 2018, as vacated a stay granted by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 24, 2018, as amended March 21, 2018, and June 19, 2018. The appellant's prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 30, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
