Motion by the appellant for leave to reague those branches of her prior motion which were pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of appeals from an order of Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated March 15, 2018, and two judgments of the same court entered March 22, 2018, which were deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), and to extend the time to perfect the appeals. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 5, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
