| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered April 5, 2018, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 26, 2018, as amended January 23, 2019, as conditioned a stay of the foreclosure sale of the subject premises upon perfection of the appeal on or before March 25, 2019, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decision and order on motion of this Court dated October 26, 2018, as amended January 23, 2019, is further amended by deleting from the decretal paragraphs thereof the date "March 25, 2019," and substituting therefor the date "July 30, 2019," and the time to perfect the appeal is extended until July 30, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
