Now, upon the Court's own motion,
It is hereby ORDERED that Paul B. Watkins, Esq., 115 North Main Street, Fairport, New York 14450-1415, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Jefferson County, entered November 28, 2018,in place and stead of Eftihia Bourtis, Esq.; and said appeal may be prosecuted upon one hard copy of the complete record and an original and five hard copies, and one digital copy of appellant's brief, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Jefferson County, is hereby directed to provide Paul B. Watkins, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based.
